"Misleading sales"

While I was away, your company got in touch with my mother regarding her O2 account, you then subsequently sold her a sim card that she did not need, she did not understand what you were selling her and felt pressured into agreeing to take your offer. I think what you did was completely unacceptable and mis-leading, as you took advantage of her lack of understanding and sold her something she did not need or want. I now want you to cancel any contract you have made with her and refund any money you have taken from her account. She was on a pay 2 go contract with O2 and I expect it to be returned to this immediately without incurring any charges. I am happy to return the sim to you, at your cost not mine. I also expect an apology from you and O2, as she was extremely upset on my return. I would like this matter resolved asap.
