After reading reviews, I was very reluctant to go. What a surprise. I received very good customer service. I wasn't rushed at all and spent upto 3 hours just looking at dresses. I returned a few hours later picking the dress I was shown as a last resort. The two women serving listened to everything I said and ignored the people I brought with me to a certain extent. I ended up with the the type of dress I wanted. With the added touches that the women showed me I custom made my dress. I was amazed with the end result. And my mum was speechless ( a good result all round)..
