"Poor Customer Service"

After being promised we could relax and in 5 days would have a completely new kitchen we were very disappointed. We were told everything would be organised and fitted but ended up project managing it ourselves. The 2 stars are for the fitter who did an excellent job in difficult circumstances and was offered no support from those at Riverside. We were told to purchase items ourselves and given no advice as to the spec that was required, we had to point out when things were wrong and there was no communication from the office to ask if the installation was going well, even though we were told someone would be on site the first day. As soon as you hand your money over you are no longer a priority. When contacting the showroom received hostile responses. Would definitely not recommend!.
