"Top marks for honesty"

I recently put my car in to this small local garage, on the basis it needed two major repairs. The service station manager phoned me later in the day to say that they had examined the problems and, in their opinion, the jobs were unnecessary. Saved me something like £600 to £700. There was an additional bodywork problem with a dent and scratch on the driver's door. They found a simple solution on that too, costing me just £90 including VAT. How's that for a friendly and efficient service. And what honesty!.
