"Lost a sell by lack of customer service"

Went into store expected to speak to a great sells person to sell me a laptop. Had a manager to help and told him I wanted a laptop but really unsure what I was looking for. He expected me to give him info to what kind of laptop I was after even though I told him im unsure. He didn't seem interested to help me all he kept doing was browsing through his phone to find products when I expected to be shown products on display in store. Seemed to be a bit impatient and I left store without a purchase was willing on paying up to £700 as well so to me that was a lost of sell. Saw him shaking his head afterwards to a colleague which was about me. Wont be returning back to that store again..
