"Post never get delivered"

I have dogs so the post man thinks it ok not to deliver my mail and steal it I have a detached house with everything fenced off a a big electric gate with a post box under the intercom outside the house no where near the house so why can’t this imbaseal deliver my mail in to the post box outside the house,but instead taptonhill road post office are keeping my mail till I complain with no explanation to why they not delivered in mail in months and they is no block on address.also parcel were opened and had numerous parcel stolen so everyone around Fullwood area be careful mail men are stealing mail..
