"Burnt over cooked dry messy cake"

That’s what I received for £65 ,the cake tasted that bad that no one would eat it and the whole cake is now in the bin,I tried going through the correct route of sending them a message which they read but chose to ignore and not reply ,,,the cakes look pretty but inside they are pretty awful .not a good 21st birthday cake for my daughter in law.
