"Completely not worth it"

Ltd By Xiaoran 31.205.144.90 (782491228@qq.com) Given this is a new building, it is supposed to function well. It doesn't. We've had four major blackouts in one month, the last one accompanied by water outage and internet access failure. When you ask the front desk, they know nothing about why the building keeps blacking out, and have no idea about when the contractors are coming in to fix it. The lift is constantly taking breaks from working. For us living on the third floor (actually 5th give basement and ground floor), we have to drag everything upstairs. I am really disappointed at the attitude of the front desk staff, and their incompetence to work anything out. Communication is very poor, up to a point where we cannot "bear with them". I got my room at 116 pounds/week. It was at discount, the normal price is 127 pounds/week. Even for 116, it is not worth it. No one should have to live through constant lack of electricity, water, and lift..
