"Long wait for ability to move"

I was 'measured' for wheelchair in January this year and was told - about 2 to 3 weeks; In April a gentleman came to measure me again although I told him it had a;ready; had this done.Meantime Barnsley are shouting for the return of my temp. loan.chair. I can not get to speak to the nonexsistant Mrs Joan Jewitt at Herries Road and Roscare tell me they did not get; the order until last week! I don't doubt they are short of staff but organisation looks as though it is shorter..
