A review of A W V Turner & Co Ltd by Mr Tom Holmes written on Monday 24th of September 2018

I have in my possesion ( for 67 years) an ivory gold tipped cigarrete holder in a leather case stamped A W V Turner collery furnisher who according to kellys directory lived on Collegiate Crescent Sheffield. The gold is hallmarked Chester 1896 9.375, which I believe is before the company was established, there might be an explanation. As it is part of your company history are you interested?
