"Bad service"

Tried to phone store to see in stock no one answered phone went down Could not get my item in store so had to get on line Order a week before need said item They sent wrong one had to send back Sent it back They said should be here for when I needed it Then get phone call when it should had arrived the said not in stock have to wait three days Will not be using staples again awful service One very dissatisfied customer.
