"Capita and P&G pensions"

I would say 0 if there was one. They never reply to emails and fob you off on the phone, telling you they will email you within 3 weeks. Still no reply, rang lots of times. They cant even tell me what is in my fund.

I am giving them 1 week then off to ombudsman.

Totally useless firms and rude to not reply to my emails..
