"Do not book!! Bad service"

A review of 1st Choice 1st Class by Glen written on Monday 1st of August 2022

Booked with a guy called Ashley for several years even in the pandemic.

As myself and partner are always keen to help businesses despite the negative approach we found ourselves in, we were in Malaga unknowing what driver if any would pick us up.

The booking unknowing to us (as we have always booked through Ashley was with a company called 1st choice?

On our journey to our holiday we was told that a different person would pick us up from our airport ( not a problem)

However at our airport back no one contacted us

so with had to reach out to the driver ( not know to us that we were dealing with 1st choice ?

Never did 1st choice reach out to us with a driver so we sat worried and received bad service from our original driver that we trusted explaining that he deserved a holiday but was asked we called a number of a company we had never heard of? Confused? You can only image how confused we ?

This is run by a lady called Sue and still haven’t got a clue who Sue is as we thought we were booking from Ashley?

Still confused? Me too!…. all I can say is don’t use this company period !.
