The downside i found to this shop was once i had found a dress that i like (and i did really like it) I felt very pushed into buying it (The dress was also £300 over the £1000 budget i gave her). Although it was only the second wedding dress shop i'd ever been into the shop assistant insisted i shouldn't look at anymore dresses or in any other shops as i wouldn't be able to find anything better. She tried very hard to get us to sign up for the dress right then and when i stalled (as i wasn't sure it was 'the' dress) she tried to get us to book an appointment the next day to try it on again and sign, making me feel that if i didn't buy the dress straight away they might spontaneously stop producing it. Although this bridal shop is very pleasant and the staff are very friendly and helpful in looking at the dresses as soon as you find a dress you actually would consider the pressure i felt put me off ever going back there. I understand that the shop has to sel l wedding dresses and the staff probably recieve commission on the dresses they sell but this really isn't the best way to deal with brides i wouldn't have enjoyed wearing a dress that i was forced into picking. I eventually bought my dress elsewhere..
