Just spent ten minutes ringing and ringing number for Sheffield Tax Office but no pick up. Went onto Sheffield forum website found a call centre number and success got connected to options section but put on hold for ten minutes listening to terrible music. Have given up we live in the age of public sector funding cuts but this is ridiculous. Maybe they cut top tier managers salaries and invest in more admin staff..
