"New business far Yorkshire Bank"

I have tried numerous times over a 3 day period to arrange an appointment at my local branch to in vest £20,000 and cannot get a local direct phone no . the call centre people are polite but have not been able to help - really frustrating and am now looking elsewhere . another call center failure !
