"CANT GET ANYWHERE WITH INLAND REVENUE"

Ring up to many press 1 or press 5 then all over again press 1 or 2 why can`t you just ring up and speak to someone I mean a person lol .I have been trying to sort my Husbands tax return out for 3 year, what a joke .Then when you get though they have to ring you back to make an appointment 24/48 hours later .Why can`t an appointment be made when you ring up .We are waiting now for a phone call lets see if they do ring ..
