Having had the wrong section of air mail document returned to me after delivering inbound airmail the error was noticed shortly after returning to my base but on returning to London airport mail unit & trying to get the phone number of a manager off the staff was like trying to make tea in a chocolate teapot with agency staff not having a clue & regular staff giving you the number that nobody answers they could not be bothered to take the trouble to phone or fax depot where these important documents had been taken to causing severe repercussions from the airline towards my handling company Incompetent, & could'nt care less. yours RAMP MAN.
