After A Phone Call From O2 Customer Service (Who Are Excellent) My Partner Went Into The Fargate Branch Of O2 To Pick Up Her iPhone 5c. Minutes After I Dropped Her Off I Received A Text From Her Saying The Man In The Shop Said It Wasn't In, I Picked Her Back Up And We Called Customer Services Together Who Assured Us That Her Phone Was Indeed There, So Off We Went Back Into The Store Together This Time, The Man We Saw Called Rich Barely Looked Up Before Saying The Phone Wasn't In. By This Time Feeling Angry And Confused We Rang Customer Services Again Who Assured Us It Was There, She Added That She Tried To Ring The Store Herself But The Man Who Answered Kept Hanging Up On Her But She Told Us To Go Back And If The Guy We Saw Didn't CoOperate We Were To Get The Manager, She Passed Us Over To Who I'm Guessing Was The Head Of Customer Services Who Concurred. So Off We Went Again Into The Shop And Saw Someone Different, The Guy We Had Seen Before Was Serving Another Customer (I Felt Sorry For The Customer) But He Kindly Took The Time To Tell Us Again That The Phone Wasn't In. My Partner Said He Didn't Look Properly Before Either. Because Our Friend Was Dealing With Someone Else We Went To The Next In Line, A Grumpy Looking Woman Who Didn't Look In The Back Or Call Anyone Or Even Consult Her Computer, All She Did Was Agree With The Other Guy, So A Younger Employee Called Tash Came To Our Aid, She Asked Us To Take A Seat And While She Looked On Her Computer, Made Several Phone Calls And Really Made A Genuine Effort To Help Us, When She Had Done She Said The Phone Had Arrived The Day Before But From What She Could Gather It Must Have Been Left On The Van But Should Be Here The Next Day Now She Had Called Them, She Really Was Brilliant And A Credit To The Company. After Hearing This Information My First Thought Was If That's All That Nee ded Doing Then Why Didn't This Rich Do This In The First Place?.... Fast Forward To The Next Day (The Day We Were Told The Phone Would Be In) We Called The Store Again And Rich Answered, We Weren't On Long, We Asked If The Phone Was In And Without A Single Pause The Answer Was No. Now That Is Awesome Psychic Power I Must Say, He Didn't Look Again. Our Final Call To O2 Customer Service Was Just After The Call To The Store. My Partner Explained Our Adventure In Full And When She Came Off The Phone She Laughed And Said The Phone Came In The Day Before Our First Visit To The Store And Went Straight Back.. ""A Man Had Signed For It To Go Back"" Now If By Some Miracle This ""Man"" Was The Same One We Had The Misfortune Of Seeing Then Why Wasn't He Man Enough To Admit His Mistake And Sort The Problem Out. Needless To Say We Cancelled The Phone And Direct Debit And Went To The Carphone Warehouse..
