"Do not try to call Yorkshire Bank"

I have been one hour trying to contact Yorkshire Bank, I have been stuck in queues. All I wanted to do was to make an appointment with my local branch. I will go into the branch and close my account, it will be quicker! Should All customers do this, they may make contact easier..
