From the moment we arrived the staff at blushes were so welcoming. they have a nice seating area and a general buzz about the place.

me and my mum went early on a saturday as the place gets busy on a saturday - so best to get there early.

we were seen within about 20 mins - what i loved about blushes was the fact that they asked your budget - and didnt show you dresses upto or over that set budget.

i told nicola exactly what i was looking for and she found me the dress of my dreams - 2 infact so i had to decide. she also put me shoes on, a very nice fitting corset, the tiara and a veil (optional) so that i could get the full 'look' - she also experimented with gloves, bouquets etc etc

i loved this - and she also tried to fit me on the dress as much as poosible - obviuosly this is ahrd as they ant possibly stock all sizes, but if the dress was to big they properly pinned the dress so you could get a true vision of what it would look like - a different place i went to simply stuck a carwash sponge down my back to 'fill' the dress out!!!

when you had the dress all on you then are walked out to a 'stage' with a huge mirror - this can be quite daunting if the shop is full but the staff make you feel so relaxed and comfortable that i loved every minute!!!

also best thing was that my dress came £150 UNDER budget!! which was great.

to sum up blushes i would say - relaxing, good selection of dresses, reasonable prices, fantastic staff - everything you need for your big day!
