"Did not inspire confidence"

I phoned to see if about the prices for IPL for my back and shoulders . The person who answered the phone could only quote me individual session prices. When asked for details about the sessions and how many session is generally required, all her response is that I would have to come in and talk to someone. When trying a little harder to get more information all she could say was that I should come in and talk to someone. The more I spoke, the more defensive she got and just wanted me off the phone. What is the point in having someone answer the phone who can''t talk about the products their business is selling? Thats not the way to inspire customers to come in a potentially spend a lot of money with the business......
